Delivery Information
FREE delivery on everything (UK only)
Keeping hold of your order for longer than we need to is not in our interests. Once you have placed an order with us we will do our upmost to get it dispatched the same day. Note - if you are paying by cheque we need to wait until this has cleared before we send out the order.
FREE Standard Delivery for UK customers
All Snugbug hats and accessories are eligible for free delivery. There is no minimum order required. Items will be received within 2-3 working days but customers often tell us they come much sooner. (UK Mainland Only)
PRIORITY Delivery
If you need the item sooner, then select our Priority Service. It costs £3.00 and guarantees a speedy delivery, typically within 1-2 working days. Also, please remember that that orders must be received before 12:30pm to be guaranteed Priority Service. Orders received after this will go out the following day. (UK Mainland Only).
EU Delivery
We can offer delivery to a number of countries outside the UK. Delivery usually takes between 1-7 days and rates vary depending on country. We charge carriage at cost, please email us for a quotation.
Privacy
SNUGBUG are serious about protecting your personal data and privacy. All information collected by us will be used in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Personal Data
On this site we will collect information that you provide to us through registration forms, orders, visits to the site and emails which you send. This data is used to aid the development of SNUG-BUG.co.uk and to monitor service levels so that we can ensure that we have the best systems in place. Information collected in this way is not used to identify you.
Cookies
Our site uses Cookies from your temporary internet folder to ensure that the correct items are placed in the Shopping Basket. This is standard for all online shops and helps us create a smoother shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements - 14 DAY ZERO HASSLE
As a responsible company we believe in offering the best possible customer support.
If you're not happy with your purchase we offer a 14 day return policy with no restocking fees. As long as the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent to you and has not been used, we can offer a full refund. That means it must also come with all original packaging and labels. We don't refund postage on such returns either.
Faulty items
We are confident that our products will be in perfect when they reach you. In the event that your headwear is faulty please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly. If you need to send an item back then we will refund the postage costs for you...goes without saying, really!
Damaged in transit
If your order arrived has been damaged in transit, let us know within 7 days and we'll get a replacement organised straight away.
Ordering
Placing orders on our fantastic new site couldn't be easier: add the item to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details (Create an account if you like) and then click place order. Simple. Or if you'd rather do it over the phone, give us a call on 01665 510660 and one of our excellent service team will deal with it for you.
